Bill has held C-Suite roles in privately held, public and PE backed agencies. Bill has been on both the buy and sell side of 30+ M&A transactions. He knows how to best prepare an agency to maximize a sale opportunity through optimizing financial and operational performance. Bill also provides advice for growth strategies including strategic acquisitions, working to help define targeting, identifying and negotiating a purchase
